Complaint Detail: The shipment bearing No.20002334766 consisting important documents was booked from Chhor Cantt:/Umerkot on 11-12-2020 by Mr. Arslan against my mailing address i.e. Nuclear Institute of Agriculture (NIA), Tandojam. After passing considerable time the same shipment yet not received to me up to 15-12-2020 at 1200 hrs. In this regard I personally visited the nearest Tandojam TCS center, for collection/inquiry where they informed me that the above shipment has not received yet to this office as well as the attitude was also unacceptable for customers.
