Complaint Detail: I have a parcel booked from Karachi under consignment#77931276729.i track my order on Sunday 28 march it reached at chakwal tcs .center.but till now it has not been delivered to me.i contacted tcs chakwal centre but they had not even give me details and estimated delivery time.i am also complaining about rude and nonprofessional behare of these reps on your tcs chakwal centre. I am very much disappointed by this kind of lazy and poor service.kindly resolve my problem otherwise i will never use such a nonprofessional service again Ahmed Nadeem Chakwal
