Complaint Detail: I ordered a torch light "TELESCOPIC USB ZOOM WATERPROOF CAMPING FLASHLIGHT" through online shopping "SHOPPING4ALL" (SAVYER ONLINE) worth Rs. 2000 (1800 + 200 Dc) but I got though TCS COURIER a plastic torch light which I never ordered and I think it's not worth more than Rs.250/-. I tried to contact the supplier from where I got the call for order confirmation 0331-1110183 but no one is attending the call now, I also tried to call on 0330-2947987 (number mentioned on TCS courier Slip) but it is also not responding. My simple request is please do something for these kind of fake people / fake companies who are involving TCS COURIER to cheat the people. This is not the matter of money but TRUST on TCS.
