Complaint Detail: Hi I received payment from Nayapay into my Easypaisa account on 4 Jan tx details below You have Received Rs.47,865.00 from Hammad Ali Shan, Bank NayaPay in your Easypaisa Account No. 03044959070 . Balance is Rs.xxx. Trx ID 19801577751. Sender buys coins online from me on binance exchange and he made fake claim about the payment which exactly I don't know what he complaint for to Nayapay and Nayapay without any investigation request Easypaisa to suspend my account and they did I have proof chats of sender he made payment for buying currency all screenshot attached. Now Easypaisa asking me to contact Nayapay to withdrawal from the claim and provide written on letterhead here's the message from Easypaisa. Here's reply from Easypaisa: "Dear Toheed , we are really sorry for the trouble caused to you but we would like to guide you that you need to contact naya pay and then tell them to initiate the request via respective bank to our fraud team with the following documents: CNIC copy, withdrawal of claim from Claimant`s Bank on the Bank`s letterhead and stamp sent via email from the Claimant Bank`s fraud department, CNIC copy of the claimant. Thank you!" But nayapay not corporating with me not responding me since 4 days, Now please do the investigation and resolve my issue someone doing fraud with me his numbers all switched off +923317353747 and +923317458950 my account is blacklisted by Easypaisa I also provided chat history with him about the payment he already received coins and trying to cheat the system he frauding with me and my account is blacklisted. I have chat records on Nayapay with sender please check. I also complaint to binance they freeze his account and investigating Waiting for response.
