Complaint Detail: Dear Sir / Madam, Issue No. 1: TCS Tracking No: 306032483624. Recently I made a consignment to Sumbrial – Sialkot on 23rd June, 2020, of 11.5 KG paid Rs. 3,150/- for Red Box service in order my consignment to get delivered ASAP and got confirmation from the representative that it will reach on 25th June, 2020. Let me take you to the difficult process of how poor the services provided by TCS and in how much time consignment got delivered. 23rd June, 2020: 2:33 PM Consignment sent through TCS Red Box on Payment of Rs. 3,150/- and the customer care representative informed us that it will reached on 25th June, 2020. 25th June, 2020: Consignment not delivered. 26th June, 2020: Consignment not delivered. Made a call to customer care representative, they don’t have any satisfactory answer, filed a complaint but not action. 27th June, 2020: Consignment not delivered. Made a call to customer care representative, they don’t have any satisfactory answer, filed another complaint but not action. 28th June, 2020: Consignment not delivered. Made a call to customer care representative, they don’t have any satisfactory answer, filed complaint for the 3rd time but not action. 29th June, 2020: Consignment not delivered. Made a call to customer care representative, they don’t have any satisfactory answer, filed complaint for the 4th time but not action, but later on got the news that office was closed so consignment could not be delivered. Checked with the receiver and got informed that even after giving instructions to the rider to deliver before 3pm, still rider went to deliver at 5 pm. 30th June, 2020: Consignment not delivered. Made a call to customer care representative, they don’t have any satisfactory answer, filed complaint for the 5th time but not action till 1 pm, finally I went to customer care center at 1:30 pm and got the contact number of dispatcher in Sumbrial and requested him to deliver the consignment before 3pm and finally the consignment got delivered to the customer just before 3pm. I hope you have gone through the above difficult process for get my consignment delivered through TCS, now tell me is this what you called a good service? Don’t you think this is called cheating and false commitment? Don’t you think you are making a fool out of your customers? Whatever it is, I want full refund of my money, because one side you charged me for the Red Box and sent my consignment “Over Land” and secondly you delivered the consignment 5 days later then the given time by your customer care representative at the TCS office. Issue No. 2: TCS Tracking No: 9028949512. On 1st July, 2020, I booked for pickup and sorry to say, the TCS representatives came for pick up, were not wearing any kind of protective mask on the face, secondly they don’t even have tape to pack the parcel and no change, for Rs. 5,313/- shipment I need to pay them 5,500/-. What it is all about? How such a big and old courier company can be so unprofessional? First of all you should be following the SOPs and the pick up persons should be wearing proper mask and carry a hand sanitizer and secondly the pick up persons should have tape, changed money and weighing machine. Await for your response, if I did not receive any satisfactory response, I will do my best to publish this complain on social media to open the eyes of the people that how you are cheating us and how unprofessional TCS is.
