Complaint Detail: I booked a ride British Homes Rawalpindi to Railway Station Rawalpindi on 24 September 2019 at 6.30 AM. Careem capatin name Azam Jan Vehical No AJD-773 and mobile no. 0345-2244791. Cream app was showing fare something 200 hundred rupees but captain asked 600 hundred rupees. it is not good for Careem service because the actual amount is 200 and I paid 600. Kindly look into this issue.
