Complaint Detail: I ordered adjustable ankle support brace strap through online shopping on Facebook and paid Rs.1700 for it. When I opened the parcel I got fake product and not the one shown in advertisement. They are fraud and cheating people. Please help me.

It looks like you've misspelled the word "prision" on your website. I thought you would like to know :). Silly mistakes can ruin your site's credibility. I've used a tool called SpellScan.com in the past to keep mistakes off of my website. -Kerri

Your site looks great but I did notice that the word "rong" appears to be spelled incorrectly. I saw a couple small issues like this. I thought you would like to know! In case you wanted to fix it, in the past we've used services from a websites like HelloSpell.com to keep our site error-free.

I think you misspelled the word "rong" on your website. If you want to keep errors off of your site we've successfully used a tool like SpellPros.com in the past for our websites. A nice customer pointed out our mistakes so I'm just paying it forward :).

In case you didn't realize, the word "Chok" on your site is spelled incorrectly. I had similar issues on my website which hurt my credibility until someone pointed it out and I discovered some of the services like SpellHelper.com or SpellingCheck.com which help with these type of issues.
