Complaint Detail: Dear Daraz Customer Services thank you for your Investigation against my complaint dated 18 November 2019 to Ms. Amber. My complaint was that I order four items from daraz out of them two item delivery were scheduled on 17 November 2019. Items are P47 Wireless Headset Bluetooth Headphones having order # 109936485462512 and other D13 Smart Watch 116 plus with order # 109814457162512. I informed Ms. Amber dara.pk representative that as per dara.pk application both items were delivered at my house to Ms. Sumaira Nauman on 17th November 2019 at 16:30 hours by shahbaz but I haven’t received D13 watch and on the other hand both items show same delivery time same fake signature of Sumaira Nauman. Snapshot of details as per daraz.pk app is attached for your reference and also can be verified from your server. I complaint that delivery boy doesn’t delivered both items however he entered fake signature against delivery of the both items; indicating that I received both item however in real I only received P47 wireless Headphones having order # 109936485462512 and D13 Smart Watch 116 plus with order # 109814457162512 was never received by myself or any one from my home. After complaint I received email and on following Friday dated 22 November 2019 received call from Ms. Amber querying about delivery of item which I response that I haven’t received yet and also received an email with deadline to resolve my complaint by 25th November 2019. On Saturday dated 23rd November 2019 I received again call from Ms. Amber and she said that daraz.pk completed investigation with following result Item was received by Ms. Sumaira Nauman On which I responded Ms. Amber that I complaint this a week ago and you are informing me the same incident as of my complain. I requested her to please provide me email or number of some senior person so that I can contact them to resolve complain which she refused. Same day I received call from her again with querying did I get the delivery which I respond her No I haven’t. On 29th November 2019 I again call to daraz.pk help line to get status of my complaint and I was inform that deadline was extend till 2nd December 2019. Very next day I again received call from Ms. Amber that did I get delivery of the item or not on which I respond her that I haven’t get yet. Today on 2nd December 2019 I received call from Ms. Amber that as per daraz.pk package delivery was received by Ms. Sumaira Nauman. That is the same thing which I complaint earlier on 18th November that as per your application I received both items but in reality I haven’t received D13 Smart Watch 116 plus with order # 109814457162512. My humble request is as follows 1. What is the value of customer complaint in dara.pk? 2. Why don’t daraz.pk share emails of senior persons to resolve complaint which staff doesn’t understand? 3. I complaint that delivery boy doesn’t delivered both items however he entered fake signature against delivery of the both items. 4. How can a person sign two identical signatures as happened in this case? 5. Where daraz.pk customers should approach if this kind of incident happened? With regrets I want to inform you that I feel that daraz.pk is not a safe online store and with worst customer satisfaction.I will request Daraz.pk senior team to please look after this matter as it seems that dara.pk delivery team is involved in this incident which resulting devalue of daraz.pk name.I am more than happy to answer any type of clarification or query if any.RegardsNauman Ahmed 03215300599 Detail of P47 Wireless Headset Bluetooth Headphones having order # 109936485462512 receivedD13 Smart Watch 116 plus with order # 109814457162512 not received with fake receiving details that is same as above delivered item.
