Complaint Detail: Last night i have booked a careem Go ride from my number 323-4388682 almost 8pm but your captain did not reach and did not contact me the number shows on ride 0321-4493326 name muzammal is off i have tried many times to contact him but no contact due to number off i was standing on main road with my family for one hour but he did not come at the end the ride was cancel automatcially and 150 negative balance send to my account i request you to take serious action against Captain and reverse my balance of Rs.6 Thanks
