Complaint Detail: i am traveling from Lahore to Jhang through daewoo bus. im really disappointed upon experiencing such poor service of Daewoo. no multimedia, no refreshment, the bus hostess has no etiquette of talking to passengers. she is even un aware of the timings of departure.. no entertainment service is in the bus. such bad experience.. i would quit travelling through Daewoo if this system continues. other bus services like faisal moves and bilal travels have gone much much better than your service.
